FAIRVIEW

Having phoned HQ and Aylesbury and got fed up of being passed around I was advised that this could only be dealt with by the solicitors. So I phoned my solicitor twice to ask Fairview to either give me allocated parking, or alternatively to cancel the sale and refund my deposit (on the grounds that when agreeing to buy the property I was told there was no allocated parking and that there was bucket loads of parking -neither in my opinion were correct.) I was told 'firmly' that they would call me. Nearly a month later I am still waiting for a response. Incidentally, did I say that when you deal with Fairview you have to use one of their nominated solicitors -I now wonder who they act on behalf of!
