When it comes to selecting singing venues, there are multiple possibilities for your chorus. The goals and abilities of each chorus are taken into consideration to ensure that the venues that we provide for you are compatible. Sometimes the venues will depend on the time of year that you choose to travel (Irish Festivals) whereas St. Patrick's Cathedral in Dublin can usually be experienced any time of year. The Irish Association of Barbershop Singers (IABS) Convention is held the first weekend in October, and North American choruses and quartets are eligible to enter both chorus and quartet International Competitions. IABS has male competition, female competition, and International Competition for quartets and choruses.
