The Hong Kong Special Care Dentistry Association Limited was formed in 2013 by a group of individuals who are concerned about those deprived of dental care because of their special needs situations. Our members are composed of dental practitioners, social workers and business-persons, parents and those who care about those who need special care dentistry... In May 2015 LSF had fully taken over the dental clinic to operate a special care dental service and HKSCDA became the manager of this dental service under a professional service agreement with the LSF.
