Andrew is an up and coming leader in the Hughes Engineering team as he enters his third year supporting projects across multiple areas. Andrew is a committed project engineer that understands the key to teamwork and problem solving is listening, understanding, and communicating effectively. Andrew is an analytical thinker focused on continuous improvement and lifelong learning. Andrew has experience in pharmaceutical facility and utility modifications, cGMP P&ID, HVAC and Electrical Diagrams, VBA and Excel expert (creating Excel-based tools for increasing efficiency). Andrew has been an integral part of capital project execution from concept scope development, overseeing detailed design and equipment fabrication to onsite installation, construction, startup and CQV activities. Applying both process engineering experience and project engineering coordination, Andrew solves challenging technical problems with support systems, clean utilities and equipment at formulation, filling and packaging facilities.
