Frankie has a 7+ year extensive background in construction. He is IICRC certified in water, fire, smoke and mold. With an all-lines adjuster license Frankie has worked through several hurricanes, IAN, Harvey, Sally and Irma. Frankie is fluent in 3 languages, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Licensed as a Public Insurance Adjuster in 11 states across the US, Michael Scordato brings 15+ years of experience in adjusting insurance claims and working as an advocate for policyholders. Prior to licensing himself as a Public Adjuster, Mike worked as a large loss, independent adjuster for insurance carriers and for several years he was the Operations Manager of a large construction firm on the northeast coast. This combined experience has lent itself well towards resolving claims as a Public Insurance Adjuster as Mike knows the landscape and how to get things done. Mike has helped InterCoastal recover tens of millions of dollars through several catastrophes across the country. Additionally, Mike has served as an expert witness for 1st party claims in litigation and is also a licensed Insurance Appraiser with the Insurance Appraisal and Umpire Association. Having witnessed a lack of customer service and communication in the insurance claim industry Mike and InterCoastal have committed to raising the standard. As a partner of the company, Mike takes a hands-on approach and is heavily involved in managing the claim process and communicating with our clients.
Patrick brings to InterCoastal Public Adjusters a background in construction and restoration, in both residential and commercial projects. Patrick is also trained in many areas of restoration by the IICRC, the standard for restoration practices in the industry. Before joining the world of Public Adjusting Patrick served 11 years in Law Enforcement, with a strong investigative and negotiation background.
Sarah has over 12 years of sales, customer service, and project management experience. She provides vital support to our vendors, staff and clients. Highly organized and efficient, Sarah is an integral part of the ICPA team throughout the claim process.
Scott Mauldin has an extensive background in insurance claims alternative dispute resolution, claims adjusting, and commercial construction which spans more than four decades. He has managed thousands of claims for more than twenty insurance carriers since 2005. Mr. Mauldin has successfully settled many large loss claims through arbitration and mediation. Prior to his career in insurance claims, Mr. Mauldin was a commercial contractor specializing in exterior building envelopes including waterproofing, roofing, masonry restoration, and special coatings. He has more than twenty years' experience in this field. Scott also speaks 2 languages, English and Spanish.
Zisa joins InterCoastal Public Adjusting with an abundance of experience in project development, real estate sales and customer service knowledge. Local to South Florida and having worked for an insurance attorney, Zisa brings enthusiasm, charisma and attention to detail in her work.
