JUNOOK WILTIPOLLS

Junook Wiltipolls was founded in 2014 to compliment the family grain producing enterprise in the Wheatbelt of Western Australia. Existence of many picturesque bush areas throughout the property posed fire hazards in the summer so "grass eaters" were required to minimise this fire risk. Fully shedding sheep were the only option as the property contains no functioning shearing shed. As Wiltipoll sheep are robust and able to thrive in the harshest of environments requiring minimal maintenance, they were selected as the breed most appropriate to compliment, without distracting from, our existing grain enterprise.
