Although the concept for this company was a novel idea at the time, Cole believed it to be the next big thing in real estate. He was right! The concept was owners renting out their properties to Vacationers. Cole moved quickly. He began purchasing properties in all the hottest tourist spots throughout the state of Florida. Business was booming and so were his investments; However, in 2006 Cole felt the tide turning and his real estate concerns were growing.
