As a Miami native, Traci's knowledge of the South Florida's Real Estate landscape is vast and beneficial to any real estate investor. Raised in a household of two real estate agents, Traci grew up learning the business… After graduating from Florida Atlantic University, Traci quickly excelled in a marketing career with a national company based out of Miami, FL. During her marketing & advertising time Traci developed her research skills and amazing eye for detail. Not to mention a special ability to communicate while maintain a persistence on getting things done. These skills would later become her strongest asset in the real estate industry After moving with her family to Sarasota, Florida and taking off a short period of time to raise her three beautiful children, Traci was eager to get back into the game. This time was going to be different though. As much as Traci enjoyed the marketing world, she now wanted to put all of her skills to a different use. This time Traci wanted to follow in her parents' footsteps and go into real estate. Unlike her parents though, Traci felt more at home pursing a career in Commercial Real Estate. Traci immediately got hired with Coldwell Commercial. Learning under a CCIM mentor, Traci excelled quickly. Her main role was to bring out of state investors into the Florida market. Traci was an instant success. Within 2 years Traci was one of the top producers in her office with deals that involved several Top 500 companies. Three years later Traci and her family move back to South Florida. Shortly thereafter, Traci interviewed with Commercial Partners (CPRE) and several other top commercial agencies. As Traci now says, she knew immediately Commercial Partners was the best fit for her. Since joining the CPRE Organization and "The King of Multi-Family" Team, Traci has once again excelled to a level that far exceed anyone's expectations. Traci finds the deals everyone is searching for! In Traci's spare time she enjoys biking, boating, yoga and hanging out with friends and family. You will always find Traci smiling and enjoying life to the fullest.
