KINETONICS

Kinetonics was founded by Andy Clements. Andy holds a Master's degree in Educational Psychology and Human Learning and Development and Bachelor's degree in Art History from the University of Colorado. During her Master's studies she achieved a capstone project touring educational facilities in Reggio-Emilia, Italy and conferencing with world renowned experts on education, psychology, and human learning and development. She is a certified yoga instructor through an Ashram-style, Ayurvedic program that included studies in the yoga sutras, elemental and chakra yoga, the Enneagram of personalities, as well as safe practices in yoga with children and seniors. Her professional career as a dancer and dance instructor includes studying and/or dancing professionally with the Royal Ballet, Miami City Ballet, Boston Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and Chautauqua Ballet as well as being currently on faculty at the Colorado Ballet. She studied gyrotonics and gyrokinesis one on one extensively..
