LEPI & ASSOCIATES - Key Persons
Based out of our Dresden office, Andy Ankrum is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of over 250 rental units managed by Lepi & Associates Real Estate Services.
Andy's professional experience has equipped him with a vast knowledge of customer service skills, marketing, and real estate services. Andy has a deep knowledge of contracts, property accounting, and excellent communication skills which is important in keeping tenant relations strong.
Carolyn Davis is a native of Muskingum County and obtained her real estate education through Hondros College in Westerville. She worked for a home builder in Dublin for 21 years before returning to the Zanesville area to be closer to her family.
In her spare time Carolyn enjoys riding her motorcycle, boating and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Carolyn is honored to work with Lepi and Associates and is very excited for the opportunity to assist you with your housing needs.

Kurt comes to the real estate business with an extensive background of customer service, marketing and property maintenance. Growing up in a family business, he learned the skills and value of hard work and good customer service starting at a young age working at the candy counter of his parents' pharmacy. Carrying those skills forward in life, he has worked as a customer service specialist in the grocery business, the printing industry and, most recently, in his own property maintenance business.
Kurt brings that extensive customer-focused experience with him to the real estate industry, coupled with an active interest in real estate investment and property management. As an apartment owner himself, he is well aware of the challenges and possibilities of investment property and desires to help others along their journey down that path as well. As a long-time home owner, he is also very excited about the rewards of home ownership and is prepared and ready to help others achieve that goal for themselves.
Kurt and his wife, Adrienne, reside in New Concord with their children on a small hobby farm. Kurt is a member of the Board of Directors of Evergreen Village and the family is active in their church and Guernsey County 4H.
Sammie Moyer is a lifelong resident of Zanesville and a graduate of Philo High School. She received her Associates Degree in Accounting from Ohio University. Sammie joined the Lepi & Associates team in 2015 as an assistant to our accountant, Shellie Nath. She is an assistant to our property management team. Sammie is also active in our community, including being a member of the Muskingum County Community Foundation. Sammie is a licensed real estate agent with our Property Management Department and is an asset to this great company!
Troy has been a resident Buckeye for over 40 years and has recently landed in Zanesville. Troy's background helps him to understand the needs of people and then to develop strategies to help them achieve their goals. After attending Southern Illinois University, he spent over 20 years serving the Early Childhood Education industry to identify ways to help them improve processes and better the educational experience. When Troy is not in the Lepi office or out with clients, he enjoys riding his Harley Davidson and the occasional round of golf. Troy is looking forward to using his skills in customer service to help you with your Real Estate needs.
