I have a Connecticut License in Clinical Social Work and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Central Connecticut State University and am certified in school social work by the Connecticut State Department of Education. Additional training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and Yoga Teacher Training-200 (YTT-200). I work with adult clients (21+) overcoming life's challenges related to Post Traumatic Stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustment to life changes, work related stressors, and family matters.
