Adam has multi-industry experience spanning public practice, financial services, mining, and construction. With an enterprise approach and a track record of implementing financial and commercial initiatives, he looks to add value by aligning financial outcomes and supporting strategic objectives. His current role sees him providing leadership and guidance on corporate governance, risk management, treasury, and reporting whilst focusing on supporting the growth and prosperity of Mainmark.

Andrew Delaney

Andrew Delaney is an accomplished professional with an extensive background in operational management, fleet management, and facilities oversight. Prior to his tenure at Mainmark, Andrew successfully operated his own business for three years, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen. During the preceding decades, he held the position of Operations Manager, effectively managing multiple sites and leading diverse teams of personnel. Andrew's expertise in this capacity included streamlining operations, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of collaboration and performance excellence. He joined Mainmark in March 2023, assuming the pivotal role of Transport Manager and subsequently advancing to the position of Operations Manager in July. Over a span of 30 years, he has amassed invaluable experience in operational, fleet, and facilities roles, overseeing sizable fleets of up to 4500 vehicles and managing extensive office, factory, and warehouse spaces. Oana serves as the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Manager at MAINMARK UK, embodying a strong commitment to safety as a fundamental personal value.

Brad MacDonald

Brad has been a design and advertising professional for more than 25 years and he has worked with local, national and international companies. His various roles have seen Brad develop and implement advertising campaigns and business strategies on a global scale. Brad believes that good strategy is the difference between success and failure and enables Mainmark New Zealand to confidently identify and execute new business opportunities and initiatives. As Strategic Advisor, Brad leverages his experience to develop and maintain key partnerships, advise business development teams on relevant sector insights and oversee branding-building and culture initiatives within New Zealand. Brad is the creative type and is a fine art photographer and poet in his free time.

With an educational background in Civil Engineering, Daniel has the technical knowledge and skills needed to excel in his role and contribute to the successful delivery of various commercial projects. Daniel is a leader and is focused on building relationships and communicating with stakeholders and key personnel across our industry and related sectors. This ensures Daniel remains up-to-date and informed about new or emerging technologies or industry changes. As Project Engineer, Daniel is responsible for the planning, overseeing and management of commercial projects from inception through to completion. We call him Happy Gilmore because he loves whacking golf balls all over the green or playing football on the weekends.

Danielle Burr

David Hawkins

With previous work experience in civil, drainage, chemicals, sales, fabrication and mechanical sectors, David's ability to adapt and implement new ways of doing business and innovative technologies is unparalleled. His ability to learn has enabled him to understand different personality traits and devise processes and frameworks that allow the people he leads to excel within their roles and in our company. Over his tenure, David has been involved in the successful completion of several of Mainmark New Zealand's most profitable projects. As Operations Manager, David works on our strategic vision and helps improve delivery capabilities and efficiencies across scheduling, maintenance, logistics, purchasing and operations. Aside from work, David can be found sinking a line in the ocean or river trying to catch (and cook) whatever bites.

David Hedley

Dr. Hossein Khansari

Dr. Hossein Khansari currently serves as the Technical Lead at Mainmark in the United Kingdom. With a Ph.D. in geotechnical engineering and more than 25 years of extensive experience, he is widely recognised as an expert in the field. Hossein's unwavering passion for geotechnical engineering is evident in his diverse skill set and extensive experience across various disciplines within the field. He graduated with honours, achieving a 2:1 degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Wales in 1986. Subsequently, in 1988, he completed his MSc in Structural Engineering at Cardiff University. During his tenure as a Research Assistant at UWE Bristol, he pursued his Ph.D. on a part-time basis, making significant contributions to a global research program that focused on characterising the behaviour of Bothkennar soft soil. Throughout the past 25 years, Hossein has played a pivotal role in technical sales within the Civil Engineering sector, with a strong emphasis on Geotechnical Engineering. His expertise spans various domains, encompassing advanced geotechnical testing equipment such as Resonant Column and Hollow Cylinder, Instrumentation and Monitoring, Piling, and anchoring. Frits Maré - Managing Director

Matt Glasson

Matt has always been a practical, hands-on person He started working at his father's mechanic workshop as a 16-year-old before taking on an apprenticeship with Mace Engineering. This apprenticeship taught him the value of quality workmanship, dedication and the attention to detail required to conduct precision engineering. After moving into roles within manufacturing and hydroelectric turbine assembly, Matt found an opportunity in the maintenance field which ultimately led him to join Mainmark New Zealand. As Plant and Equipment Manager, Matt's primary responsibility is to ensure that our plant and equipment remain functional, reliable and safe to use. He also designs and builds new rigs and machinery tailored to our and our customer's needs. As an outdoor enthusiast, you'll find Matt enjoying the cold beer after a day of fishing, hunting or gardening.

Maxine Aken

Maxine has more than 25 years of experience working across customer-focused roles. Starting her career as a Customer Service Representative at Graftron Ltd, Maxine's ability to understand and pre-empt what our clients need enables Mainmark New Zealand to provide industry-leading customer service. Maxine believes good customer care starts by giving every client the same level of support and communicating efficiently and honestly with them at every step of the journey. As Customer Service Lead, Maxine is a direct contact for client projects, coordinates clients and production teams and maintains positive interactions between all parties. When not at work, you can find Maxine at the giving it all at the gym or venturing into the great outdoors.

Oana Crisan

Drawing upon an extensive background across three continents in diverse industries such as Oil & Gas, Warehousing & Logistics, Motor Vehicle, and Construction, she has acquired valuable expertise and a profound understanding of health, safety, and wellbeing. Sara has more than 9 years of experience in finance and accounting with excellent interpersonal communication. Graduated from University of South Australia in Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Sara has worked with companies of various backgrounds and amongst them were one of the big four accounting firms and a public listed company in Malaysia which she headed the corporate department prior to Mainmark. Her involvement with finance and accounting spreads around Southeast Asia and UK. Sara oversees all areas of finance and administration including payroll, accounts payable and receivables, cash management, general ledger, inventory and banking. Providing strategic analysis for senior management to determine project and company profitability, prepare financial reporting and budget monitoring. She maintains company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with small business regulations, etc. She also serves as the focal point for human resources management and liaise with public accounting firm, payroll service and financial institution.

Stacey New

Known for her adept problem-solving skills and grace, Stacey thrives in challenging situations. As Scheduling Coordinator, Stacey is responsible for ensuring our nationwide project scheduling is managed efficiently and that our crews arrive on-site prepared and on time. Theo Hnat

Theo solves ground engineering problems with deep learning and understanding the issue from all angles before launching into implementation. This approach ensures we provide our clients with the best solution to their unique problems. As General Manager, Theo oversees strategic business planning and manages the New Zealand operations, business development, marketing, and engineering teams. Theo is also passionate about training the next generation of talent within our company and gives his time for coaching and mentoring. Theo's talents are endless. Tom Kavanagh

Tom has 20 years of civil and construction engineering experience delivered across four continents Tom brings a depth of knowledge of the civil engineering industry and a practical understanding of the challenges faced in ground engineering to deliver the best results for Mainmark's clients. After the completion of his BSc Civil and Construction Engineering degree from Curtin University in Perth, Tom went on to hold a range of roles from project management for a small family-owned engineering firm as a specialist in tunnelling to consulting on a range of major projects. These projects included Thames Tideway and Crossrail as well as international projects in Kenya, Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan. Tom moved to the UK in 2008 becoming Chairman of the British Tunnelling Society Young Members, sharing his passion for excellence in geotechnical performance. He has worked in the UK and internationally in Australia, Africa and Asia. Tom joined Mainmark in 2022 as General Manager to head up the UK operation and deliver the same market-leading solutions here that have been proven in Australia and New Zealand.
