Karen has a Hons. B.A. with a major in English from Laurentian University. She has studied at the University of Western Ontario, and at the University of Toronto. Prior to MJ Translation Inc., she was an entrepreneur, who founded multiple companies. She has managed MJ Translation Inc. since 2004 and became co-owner of MJ Translation Inc. in 2016.

As a native of Quebec City in Canada, Mark Jessop has vast experience and knowledge in understanding the subtleties of regional Canadian French and English translations.
Mark is a graduate of Université Laval (Hons. B.A. with a major in English). He has 30 years of experience, including 13 years in the retail sector, translating for two of Canada's largest brands: Radio Shack Canada (now The Source ) and Canadian Tire. He has extensive knowledge of Quebec culture and regional language laws.
