Emma Murray

Emma has over 11 years of international and local experience working in sales and administration roles and over 5 years experience running sales transaction management with major listed and private development companies handling at times in the order of 400 sales transactions/annum. Emma's methodical, proactive, timely and responsive handling of sales and project administration services has been developed from a close and supportive working relationship with Development Directors, Development Managers and working closely with Sales & Marketing Managers and Sales agents on a variety of mixed use, residential apartment and master planned communities . Emma has overseen the monitoring and daily management of sales transactions, ensuring liaison with financial planners and financiers agents, purchasers, builders etc. She has a deep and well rounded understanding of the WA sales contract & settlement process thereby being able to contribute strongly to helping build a streamlined system of management for your project to support sales conversions. Tony Perrin

Tony has over 25 years of international and national experience working with major listed and private development companies and has been involved in a variety of property development roles and fields. Most recently with Frasers Property Australia (formerly Australand) for 7 years as General Manager of their WA business managing over 40 staff and their development & construction business. Prior to this he worked with Nakheel in Dubai for 3 years on the Palm Jebel Ali and Waterfront Developments as Development Director, and prior to this for 12 years with Australand in both the Sydney and Perth offices as a Business Development Manager and Development Manager. Over the years he has worked on a variety of mixed use, residential, commercial, industrial, theme park projects with some exposure to retail and been deeply involved in business management and operations, negotiating with private and government stakeholders, JV structuring and acquisition agreements, pre-commitment commercial leasing, project viability and sensitivity assessment, budget control, revenue/profit management and cash forecasting, negotiation of re-zonings, development approvals, design refinement, value management, consultant and contractor management. His experience covers a range of building forms including residential/retail mixed use, high and low rise apartment buildings, commercial office parks, detached and attached townhouse and villa developments, as well as large scale master planned communities.
