The Philippine eLearning Society (PeLS) is the country's leading organization in promoting and advancing eLearning in the academe, corporate, government and non-profit institutions. For more than a decade now, PeLS has been providing resources and training to address the educational technology needs in the country. PeLS also serves as a venue for sharing eLearning experiences and best practices among stakeholders and promoting public awareness and appreciation of the nature and uses of eLearning as an effective tools in teaching and learning.
