DeSenna held positions in enzyme manufacturing from Plant Operator at the Takamine plant in Clifton, New Jersey to V.P. of Operations for Miles where he had responsibility for the worldwide enzyme manufacturing and process development for ten enzyme facilities; four located in the U.S. and six international plants located in Germany, France, Argentina, Mexico and Japan.
