Your photo (s) will be evaluated based on the condition, the extent of the damage and the work required to undertake the job, then you will be given a quote. No project begins without your okay. If it is felt that an acceptable restoration cannot be done, you will be informed accordingly... Once a project is completed a high resolution print-ready file will be provided to you in a Jpeg format with a PDF backup. All original materials will be returned to you intact or as close to the received condition as possible... Photo restoration and repair isn't all technology or technical expertise. It's experience, talent and a good eye for detail. It's about a commitment to deliver a finished image restored from a photograph thought to be beyond repair and perhaps lost forever.
