Dan Vila

Dan has over fifteen years of experience working in the sports and fitness industry in Canada. As a junior in Mexico, Dan trained and competed in local and national tennis tournaments; under the tutelage of his father & coach Jorge Vila. After moving to Canada as a teen, he went on to play soccer at a competitive level. He completed his post-secondary education in Sports Business Management and certifications in Tennis, Soccer, Fitness & Nutrition. Dan recently worked at a Tennis Development Centre in Ottawa (OAC), teaching players of all ages & levels. In his free time, Dan enjoys the outdoors and likes to spend time biking and skiing whenever off court. He looks forward to share his knowledge, fostering a lifelong love for learning and playing tennis!

Michael Bowen

Welcome to our new manager for 2023, Michael Bowen. You may have met Michael. He was a member at RLTC last year. We're excited about the experience and great people skills he brings to the role!

Ronan Boyd

In his teens, Ronan volunteered at the Rideau Club and ONEC and discovered that he enjoyed sharing his knowledge of tennis with others. He completed his Instructor training in 2019 and has been a part of the RLTC community since then. Ronan is a student at Carleton University and Algonquin College in the BIT Interactive Multimedia Design program which he hopes will lead to a Game Development career. Through his experience in high-performance programs, Ronan has a keen eye for body mechanics and enjoys helping people who are struggling with their techniques. He is always willing to help out anyone who needs a hand with their tennis.

Zhenya Kondratovski

Zhenya Kondratovski's background is in high performance and coaching. He started playing tennis at the age of nine at the Dynamo Sports School in Minsk, Belarus. As a junior player, he competed provincially and nationally and was ranked in the top twenty in the USSR. He was the Belarus men's doubles champion in 1989,
