At 18, Brooke moved to Germany to work at the world-renowned Oak Grove Stud - Gestüt Eichenhain. Working her way from the bottom, up to the position of First Rider she surrounded herself with industry leaders and world-class athletes. The size and level of quality production at this stable gave her an opportunity that few people receive in a lifetime. Day to day there were always top-level riders to assist and bounce ideas off of, but a few times per year they would invite George Morris (US Olympic trainer) and Manny Kötter (Trainer of Ludger Beerbaum) and this gave Brooke an unbeatable edge in the production of young horses, and an unparalleled amount of competition experience. Within the German, Dutch and Belgian breeding hubs Brooke was involved with preparing young horses for the prestigious Licensing and Free Jumping demonstrations for Oldenburg ,Hanoverian, Westfalen, Holsteiner, KWPN and BWP horses.
