Sometimes the elements take their toll on our gear or we no longer use it, so the most environmentally responsible action is to repair it or pass it along to someone else who will. This is why we created the Tread Litely program; to avoid filling landfills, extend the lifetime of our products through repairs and recycle gear for others to use.
