Founder and CEO, Tim Stout, has spent over 30 years working in the medical manufacturing industry for ZimmerBiomet, with around 20 years specific to laser programming, making his experience unmatched in the industry. As a Chemical/Laser Etch Technician he has travelled to multiple countries including Germany, Ireland, and Puerto Rico, along with other stateside locations, to train other laser etch technicians. His knowledge includes experience with three major laser manufacturers: Foba, Rofin, and Trumpf.
