Paola Tocci has over 38 years of experience providing cost estimating, cost control, and project management services for design and construction projects in the Public and Private sectors worldwide. Her responsibilities include managing various professional service contracts for every project type, ranging from relatively modest construction to large-scale multi-billion-dollar facilities. The Tocci Group, established in 1948, is headquartered in NYC with branch offices in Boston, Washington DC, and San Francisco. Invited by ENR and other industry publications, Paola is a frequent contributor on the economic impact on construction materials, labor, and costs. She is also a featured speaker on panels empowering women and minorities to get into the design and construction trades. She serves as a mentor for young women and men by teaching them entrepreneurial and leadership skills for careers in the design and construction industry. Paola Tocci was born in Boston and raised in West Newton, MA. She attended Pace Law School in 1991, graduated from Mt. Holyoke College with High Honors, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Political Science. She is fluent in French, Spanish, and Italian. An avid and accomplished athlete, Paola is a Lifelong Member of the International Swimming Hall of Fame, and Past Executive Vice President and Member of the Triathlon Federation USA, and has completed numerous triathlons and 4 marathons. She also enjoys winter and racquet sports, most notably squash and court tennis, and is a Member of the United States Court Tennis Association. She is also a Lifelong Member of the Boston Browning Society, and a member of The Explorers Club (NYC), Paola Tocci was a featured NY Build Panelist-Moderator-Diversity Ambassador 2019-21.
