TLJ Energy provides supply chain consulting services for the Energy Industry. The team of Lonny O'Rourke and Jack Cusack have extensive leadership experience with utility supply chains. They have been involved in many process/organizational design and implementation projects. They developed the Utility Supply Chain Benchmark Study for the Utility Purchasing Managers Group (UPMG) in 2003 and have successfully conducted it annually for the past 20 years... In addition to the final report, TLJ Energy facilitates workshops with the participants during the year to review and revise the definitions/metrics/results, best practices and common supply chain related issues in our industry. We also conduct ad hoc surveys related to specific supply chain topics on request from participants.
