Elliot Sparkman

Elliot has 25+ years working in the On Premise channel at the supplier, distributor and retail level with beer, spirits, wine and non-alcoholics in both sales and marketing across multiple states and regions. Elliot's wholesaler and supplier experience includes Republic National Distributing Company, Silver Eagle Distributors and most recently Anheuser Busch where he was the Director of On Premise for Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and New Mexico. Elliot is a proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno where he started his On Premise career doing every job in the service industry in multiple concepts in Nevada and California before returning to Texas. Elliot oversees our expansion into Texas and growing our retailer footprint.

Garrett Ladd

Garrett has over 30 years of bar and restaurant experience and has been on the cutting edge of bar video and music entertainment. Two of his previous restaurants, ‘Bout Time Pub and Grill, were used extensively by TrueSync to validate the power of suggestion at the point of consumption. Garrett's sense of what is "cool" what is "not" has been invaluable in helping define and refine the TrueSyncTV offering. Active in industry associations, Garrett gives back to the bar/restaurant community on a daily basis.

Jaime Miles

Jaime is the VP of Video Communications at Comcast with expertise in video streaming and encoding. He earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Colorado Boulder and his MBA at Colorado Christian University. Jaime is a seasoned cable and telecommunications executive with an extensive background in leading regional and international teams responsible for the development and operation of several of the world's largest data and video networks and their corresponding services. He also is the owner of Lot One Restaurant and an avid user of TrueSyncTV.

Jason Stickley

Jason has a very successful background in the liquor and wine business, including most recently a Sr. Management position at distillery giant, Sazerac Inc. as Vice President of Sales, North Central Division where he managed the go-to-market planning and execution across six states for brands such as Fireball, Southern Comfort, and more. Jason has also held Regional Sales positions at wine companies such as Foley Family Wines and the Hess Collection. Jason is leading the charge for revenue development in the bar and restaurant space, maximizing value and execution for our partners.

Josh Hatter

Having participated in the buildout and leadership of a variety of businesses in technology and media, he designed and built all technology and processes and brought together the production teams for Revolt TV and Media, was the former Director of Broadcast Operations for TMZ, and part of the executive leadership team that positioned Wazee Digital for sale to Veritone, Inc.

Joshua Miles

Josh Miles joined TrueSync in September 2021 after being involved three years, from the start, in Lot One Restaurant, a TrueSyncTV® client. He graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder in May of 2021 with a B.S. in Biochemistry and is an accomplished bodybuilder. Josh initially acted as the face of TrueSync in our Colorado bars and restaurants. Now he's grown into being our "feet on the ground" helping us expand and build relationships in new markets, ensuring all our accounts have the contact and support they need to get the most out of their TrueSyncTV® screens. With the experience of helping TrueSync build and maintain relationships in Colorado, he will play a crutial role in helping us do the same as we expand.

Kevin Manion

Kevin Manion attended the University of Colorado Boulder where he earned a degree in Integrative Physiology and played for the men's rugby team. After graduating, he gained experience working as an inside sales representative for technology and real estate companies before becoming a project manager. Kevin joined the TrueSync team in January of 2023 to be the liaison for Colorado bars and restaurants and their operators. Kevin manages the current relationships that TrueSyncTV® has in Colorado while also expanding the reach of TrueSync within the state.

Michael Stoner
