Hector is Wastewater Solutions' Chief Estimator and Sr. Engineer. He holds a BS in Electromechanical and GD&T Engineering from the Chihuahua Institute of Technology, Mexico. Hector's vast knowledge and precision accuracy has allowed him to work for such companies as Honeywell Aerospace, Audi USA/Mexico, and Michelin. It is because of Hector's technical expertise and attention to detail that he holds his work here at Wastewater Solutions to the high standard our customers have come to expect.
Irma comes to us with over 10 years experience in Database Administration and Communications. She is a Certified Database Administrator and holds a BS in Computer Science and Communications from Iberoamerican University, Mexico. Past experience includes overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of various database systems, for companies in both the education and industrial sectors. Irma enjoys solving large, complex data problems leading to the process of building strong data management systems.

​Luis comes to us with a Bachelor's of Science in Electronic Engineering and a specialty in Applied Embedded Systems from the Chihuahua Institute of Technology Mexico. Having recently worked as a design engineer for a hand language interpreter using Intel cameras and Matlab software, we believe with Luis's advanced knowledge in electronics and technology, that Luis is an excellent addition to the team.
Matias joins the company with new ideas and a new sense of leadership. He holds a degree in Finance Management from The Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, Mexico. He has over 8 years experience in construction management and comes to us from his recent position as the Santos Academy Manager at the Orlegi Group. Matias is responsible for total project management including controlling budgets, negotiating subcontracts, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget. A team player, Matias holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with owners, architects, and engineers, resulting in the successful completion of countless construction projects.
