Amalia Olivera-Riley is a recognized energy industry leader with over 25 years of experience. Her strengths lie in technical and organizational leadership, with vision to transform and streamline. She has extensive experience in global exploration portfolio management and strategy development, government relations and joint venture management. Her career in a spectrum of companies from super-major to small independent across continents (ExxonMobil, Repsol, Tullow Oil) provides a breadth of perspectives. Her focus is on generating impact on individuals and organizations in areas of energy strategy, leadership, and transformation.
She obtained a degree in Geology in 1989 from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and a PhD in Geosciences from Purdue University (USA) in 1995. She was awarded Outstanding Alumni from Purdue University (2008), and more recently distinguished as Top 275 Global Female Influencers by the Energy Council (2020). As an active member of the professional community, Amalia has published and presented several papers on a broad variety of topics. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Houston chapter of the IAPG (2009-2013), serving as treasurer, Vice-President and President.

Bhumi Chaudhary is the Team Lead of Apeiron Management Private Limited. Ms Chaudhary joined Apeiron in Q3 2018 as a credit analyst. Ms Chaudhary is a part of Special Situation Team in London and works on multiple investment strategies and asset classes, with a focus on financial modelling, credit analysis and structuring. She joins as a graduate from University of Delhi, where she earned a B. Com (Honours) degree.
Colin has over 30 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry, focussing on front end management of major projects. A former VP, Colin was BP's top front end manager and was accountable for a portfolio of more than $20 billion of major projects.
Latterly, Colin was accountable for all new low carbon projects in BP and in this role was the Project Director for Net Zero Teesside.
At Teesside, Colin developed close relationships with a range of stakeholders to ensure the success of the project. He was a member of the CCUS council chaired by the UK Energy Minister. With the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and the UK Treasury, he helped develop a range of business models for decarbonisation which were published as a white paper in 2020. His relationships with the Mayor of Teesside and Teesside businesses ensured that the project had wide local support. Colin is also passionate about staff development and has had great success in creating a diverse talent pool at BP.

He is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Calgary where he taught since 1975 and held the Endowed Chair in Petroleum Engineering until 2014. His areas of expertise include reservoir simulation, fracturing and geomechanics, CCS and other geomechanical problems. He worked on a large number of reservoir engineering projects, including some of the world's largest fields, and consulted for a number of major companies involving a variety of conventional and unconventional recovery processes, as well as CCS, injection-induced fracturing and seismicity, and environmental impacts of oilfield development.

Ian's clients have included oil and gas majors such as Shell and Exxon Mobil as well as smaller operators and utility companies.
Ian is a member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and Royal Society of Chemistry. He is a chartered engineer and chartered chemist. He holds an MA from St John's College, Cambridge and D.Phil from the University of Sussex.
