I have been a heavy coffee drinker for roughly a decade, and have discovered that I prefer light roast coffees over dark roasts, which mean if I want good solid light roasts, I tend to have to roast them myself. For the last 5 years I have been roasting in an air popper, and am trying to work my way into upgrading to a small barrel roaster for now...
We currently are experimenting with alcohol aging processes to give you a variety of aged choices. Choices ranging from whiskey, scotch, tequila, Jaegermeister and beyond. I always list what brand of alcohol I use.
