Adi Ryan

Adi has over 20 years of experience in health and aged care key stakeholder research. As Production Team Leader and Project Manager, she specialises in the delivery of Patient Experience survey projects across the Australasian region. Throughout her career, Adi has managed over 1,000 projects, including oversight of multiple national validation studies, an organisation-wide quality management portfolio and the distribution of 200,000 surveys on average each year. Adi is an accomplished researcher, data analyst and report writer with skills including survey design, data cleaning, sampling, coding, survey printing, mail-house operations, and data collation for comprehensive reporting. Her knowledge extends across various survey instruments for key stakeholders such as patients, aged care residents, community and home health clients, families, employees and doctors. Throughout her career, Adi has been instrumental in the development of a suite of nationally validated survey tools, ensuring ISO quality accreditation standards were maintained and transitioning mail-house operations to an automated model using sophisticated technology and equipment.

Amanda Byers

Amanda is responsible for all survey projects conducted out of Insync's Gold Coast office. As a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience, Amanda loves supporting leaders to build a resilient and engaged caregiver workforce and provide safe, high-quality, consumer-centred care. For 10 years, Amanda has led key stakeholder feedback measurement and improvement projects for health and aged care providers across Australia and New Zealand, including the expansion of operations into Asia from 2016. Amanda has partnered with many organisations such as St Vincent's Health Australia, Epworth HealthCare, the Department of Health and Human Services Tasmania, St John of God Health Care, Ramsay Health Care, Mater Health and UnitingCare Health. Her experience includes strategic planning, managing major survey projects, providing post-survey coaching and consulting, facilitating quality improvement workshops, product/service development and testing, conducting national validation studies, and hosting international study tours of high performing hospitals.

Celeste Janina

Dennis Dass

Divya Martyn

Ian Bycroft

Ian joined Quantum (now Insync) in 1999 and has been building, running and reporting on staff surveys for Australian corporations ever since. Ian's specific expertise now lies in customising survey solutions for the utilities, banking, automotive, retail and community services sectors. A small sample of his clients includes SA Power Networks, Western Power, Jemena, Australian Gas Networks, EnergyAustralia, SA Water, CSL Limited, Brookfield Multiplex, Crown, Amnesty International, Elders and Toyota. Ian and his team have developed a range of summarised statistical products, continuous improvement and benchmarking systems to enable clients to easily interpret survey results and to manage their organisation's performance. James Garriock

Michael is responsible for Insync's strong relationship with the Council of Australian University Librarians (CAUL). He also manages the growing partnership with the university student services community, TAFE sector and health and government sector libraries. Insync is the leading tertiary library survey provider across Australia, making Michael responsible for most of Australia's tertiary library client research. Michael also works with several international campuses. His 25 years' experience as a library and information specialist in government, academic and private sectors gives him an impeccable understanding of libraries' unique survey needs.
