Jones Legacy Ventures (JLV) is the parent company of two divisions, Building Materials and Commercial Services. It is our mission to proudly serve the needs of the residential and commercial construction industry with quality products and specialized services... The origin of the JLV story began in Texas (1950s) with Cassity and Thomas Jones, who together developed businesses ranging from home building to wholesale groceries. The brothers then turned their interest exclusively to lumber and building materials and opened Panola Lumber Company in Carthage, Texas.
