JIU-JITSU LAB

Jiu-Jitsu Lab's main purpose is to teach others through collaboration on different ideas and techniques. Most classes focus solely on their method of teaching. However, Jiu-Jitsu Lab invites different teachings to create a more substantial learning experience for students... The word "Lab" can be defined as, "a place equipped for study and analysis". The "LAB" in Jiu-Jitsu LAB started in 1985 as an informal venue for instructors and students to collaborate and train in the martial arts (of various disciplines). While today our focus and training revolves primarily around a single martial art (the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), and instructions more formalized, the "LAB" continues to provide a place equipped for the study and analysis of martial arts by providing a welcoming environment, open minded approach, and collaborating with an exception team of friends and training partners. ​
