Amit Soni, a CA, a CPA, a Certified Designer and a Diamond Grader joined the family business from June 2011 and prior to that, he had 11 years experience in various accounts and finance profiles in India as well as overseas. He has completed his diamond grader and designer certifications since joining the business. He is currently handling Company's B2B relations, finance and human resource functions.
Arvind Soni joined the business while continuing his academics and now has 21 years of experience. Arvind Soni's main area of responsibility is to handle the Company's sales, marketing, branding and stock related activities. He is also associated with various social and business organisations to fulfil his social goals and business objectives.
Sandeep Soni also joined the business while continuing his academics and now has 18 years of experience. He is a Government Approved Valuer of gold and a Certified Diamond Grader from IDI, Surat. He handles high-end designer diamond jewellery and solitaires for Company's ‘Mahira', a Bridal Boutique and also looks after Company's expansion and infrastructure developments. All the Directors are associated with several leading jewellery associates in India and social & business organisation.
Vijay Soni, the eldest of all the siblings started his career when he was 16 years old alongside with continuing his academics. While on his successful business journey, he also ensured continuity in learning both personal development and business growth. He is a Certified Designer and Diamond Assorter. He has an experience of 25 years in the jewellery industry. Apart from looking at business growth and strategy activities, he also looks after manufacturing, vendor relations, ecommerce venture ‘jewelmantra.com' and showroom operations.
