A. Lee Finley is the founder of BrandFX Body Company, which employs over 600 people in seven truck body manufacturing plants located in Iowa, Minnesota, Indiana and Texas. He is the owner and founder of BFX Fire, manufacturer of wild land fire trucks; Pioneer Truckweld, manufacturer of dump trucks and trailers; F&F Composites Manufacturing; FWAM Aircraft Management Company; Touchdown Investments Inc.; ALF Operating Partners Investment Company; Air Shelters USA; and Real Fleet Services, in addition to other minority interests in various diverse businesses. Mr. Finley has served as a Director of Bank of George since 2013 and GBank Financial Holdings Inc. since its formation in December 2017. Mr. Finley was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he attended the University of British Columbia, majoring in economics. He began a lifelong career in the utility equipment business in Vancouver in 1969. Mr. Finley moved to Spokane in 1976, to Las Vegas in 1988, and to Fort Worth in 1990. He became a citizen of the United States of America in 1993. He has been a resident of Fort Worth since 1990, where he is involved in numerous community and charitable organizations.
Mr. Ore has been working on the Medalist Diversified REIT finance team since 2021. Prior to joining Medalist, Mr. Ore was the Manager of Financial Reporting and Accounting for Equitable Holdings in Charlotte, NC. In his role with Equitable, he oversaw a team of accountants responsible for all monthly and quarterly reporting of Equitable Advisors. Previously, Mr. Ore was a Financial Analyst at Newport Group where he was the lead analyst for the Bank Owned Life Insurance team. Mr. Ore is experienced in financial reporting, modeling and analysis, team management, and brokerage and real estate accounting.
Mr. Ore received his B.S. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Prior to his appointment as the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Winn provided chief financial officer services as an independent contractor of the Company beginning in February 2018. During his tenure, Mr. Winn has established the accounting, internal control and financial reporting systems of the Company, managed the financial accounting and reporting for the Company and its subsidiary entities, prepared the quarterly and annual financial statements and other financial elements of quarterly and annual reports and coordinated the annual audit and quarterly reviews. Mr. Winn's experience in the commercial real estate industry dates to 1987 when he held various positions with CSX Realty, the real estate development and management subsidiary of CSX Corporation, including as an analyst in both the development and asset management groups, and as a manager in the development group. Subsequently, Mr.Winn also held positions in shareholder and investor relations for CSX Corporation. After his tenure with CSX Realty and CSX Corporation, Mr. Winn was a partner in the real estate consulting firms MGT Realty Advisors, Inc. and Realty Advisors, LLC, where he provided investment, development and asset management advisory services to institutional real estate owners. He was formerly the Senior Vice President, CFO and COO of the Virginia Home for Boys and Girls and the chief financial officer of Marz Industries, Inc.
Mr. Winn received his B.A. in History from the University of Virginia, Master of Business Administration from the Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary and a post-graduate degree in Accounting from the Virginia Commonwealth University.

Mr. Colby has 26+ years practicing law and managing several securities focused firms including the Newport Beach, California, office of a mid-sized firm located in New York. Mr. Colby has negotiated, structured and closed numerous mergers and acquisitions and has extensive experience in all aspects of SEC disclosure. He has negotiated and assisted in the raising of both private and public investments. Mr. Colby has extensive experience in real estate sales, acquisition, and commercial leases, including representing landowners, developers, and real estate investors. Mr. Colby has experience in land use issues including land use entitlements. Mr. Colby has represented clients in disputes before state and federal courts and a significant number of non-judicial forums from federal and state regulatory agencies to arbitrations and mediations.
Mr. Colby has acted as a securities expert in litigation matters, including matters involving the Sarbanes Oxley Act.

Ms. Burke is a strategic business manager who provides the organizational framework to enable informed business decisions. She builds out processes, systems, and procedures to efficiently produce accurate, timely, and succinct reporting and shares key information across the team. Ms. Burke's experience is rooted in the development and implementation of operating procedures, utilizing a thorough understanding of existing corporate policies to identify and correct process gaps. She proactively resolves issues, while identifying, developing, and executing a variety of projects designed to significantly improve client satisfaction, employee collaboration, cross-team communication, and business efficiency.
Ms. Burke received her BA with a major in political science and government from Humboldt State University and played on Humboldt's NCAA women's volleyball team.

Mr. Kavanaugh has 30+ years of diverse experience in real estate investment, business restructuring, and operational leadership. Mr. Kavanaugh is currently employed as a Managing Director of Fort Ashford Funds, LLC. He has served as its manager since the company's inception in 2004. Mr. Kavanaugh is also the founder of Inc 500 companies, including Force Protection Inc., which he grew from less than $1 Million to over $1 Billion company in just six years.
Mr. Kavanaugh received his B.S. in Information and Computer from University of California, Irvine.
Prior to joining Medalist, Mr. Egan was a financial consultant whose experience spanned across private equity, hedge funds, and strategic corporate advisory. Prior to becoming a financial consultant Mr. Egan spent more than five years covering real estate equities in the research divisions of Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Egan holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New York.
Mr. Egan received his B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.

Laith Hermiz founded Ironside Realty to transform long-term relationships into high-quality development projects and acquisition opportunities. As founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ironside Realty, Laith is responsible for the execution of company strategy, including implementing and directing all development and investment transactions and guidance for all asset management activities.
Mr. Hermiz has a diverse background in commercial real estate both in the public REIT and private sectors. He has acquired and developed over $2 billion worth of STNL retail, shopping center, mixed-use, and industrial projects. Prior to founding Ironside Realty, Mr. Hermiz served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Agree Realty Corporation. During his time at Agree Realty, he was integral in the company's growth from 73 properties to over 1,400 properties in 11 years. He served as the point person to all major retailers, establishing invaluable, enduring relationships throughout the industry.
Prior to Agree Realty, Mr. Hermiz held positions as Vice President of Development and Redevelopment with Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust and Managing Director with Joseph Freed and Associates. Mr. Hermiz holds a B.S. from Loyola University, Chicago, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law. He is a licensed attorney and real estate broker in the state of Michigan and an active member of the State Bar of Michigan and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Tim unites technology and the arts, driving humanity forward through shared stories. As the founder of IT Mentors, Tim architects and designs technology training solutions, helping major corporations like Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and UBS strategize and adopt training and technology to cultivate a human-centered culture. In 2019, IT Mentors launched a partnership with the Shubert Organization called Broadway Tech Accelerator, an environment for entrepreneurs in technology to accelerate early-stage startups in the live entertainment sector. On Broadway, Tim produced the Tony Award-winning productions of HAIR, Memphis, and An American in Paris. He directed the filmed stage musicals Emma and No One Called Ahead, expanding new development and distribution models for existing and emerging voices. Tim graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Sciences, later returning to complete his MBA there. He also holds an MFA in Film Production, with a specialization in Directing from Chapman University.
Chartered Financial Analyst, received his M.B.A. from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1997, has an M.S.B.A. the University of Maryland in 2010 and received his B.A. in Economics and Business from Randolph-Macon College in 1990, where he has served as a Trustee since 2012.
