Professional Experience Ms. O'Keefe is the founding attorney of O'Keefe Federal Law Firm, Ltd. representing Federal Law Enforcement Officers in all aspects of employment law against the Federal Government, including hearings before the U.S. Equal Employment Commission. Ms. O'Keefe's past clients include the Department of the Navy, Homeland Security, U.S. Federal Air Marshals, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, the US Secret Service, DEA Agents, CIA Agents, FBI Agents, and Postal Inspectors. Ms O'Keefe has been a litigator for 16 years, mastering many facets of the law, including murder cases, armed robbery, UUW charges, felony drug offenses, and DUI. All of her experience is brought to the table while defending Federal LEOs as the issues at hand are never simple or single faceted.
