Before coming to SV I worked on competitiveness, tech, R&D and tax reforms for the former President of Poland Komorowski's advisers team - co-authoring the first Innovation Bill in the country (inter alia we created Poland's first R&D tax credit) and deploying the in dubio pro tributario tax rule into Poland's tax code to add protection for entrepreneurs vis-a-vis tax authorities...
