Aseye Akotia is an astute investment banker with several years of progressive experience in Economics, Financial Services and Investment Management. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Prestige Pension Trust and is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic intent of the firm. Before Joining Prestige Pension Trust, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Nordea Capital Limited where he was responsible for overseeing the various functions of the firm. Aseye also worked at Alltime Capital limited as the Vice President, Investments, managing the Investment Department of the firm. Prior to that, he worked at CDH Securities Ltd. as Fund Manager and Head of Brokerage effectively delivering first-class investment services to its clients. Aseye is an Authorized Dealing Officer of the Ghana Stock Exchange and a member of the Ghana Association of Stock Brokers. He holds a degree in Economics with Philosophy and a Masters' degree in Development Finance, both from the University of Ghana and also has certification for the Ghana Securities Industries Course.

Mrs. Issahaque is a lawyer by profession and an expert in International Law, Company Law and Intellectual Property Rights Systems. She is currently the Chief State Attorney at the Registrar General's Department of Ministry of Justice- where she has served for several years. Her roles at Senior Level in government have included legislative and policy formulation, drafting of legal instruments on international treaties and the provision of legal advice to the Government on the registration of companies, business names, patents, trademarks and industrial designs. Grace was educated at University of Ghana where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Study of Religions. She obtained a Qualifying Certificate in Law at the Ghana School of Law. She later obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in International Law and Sustainable Development from the Institute of Social Studies, Netherlands. She also holds a Master of Laws Degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Turin Law Faculty/ WIPO World Wide Academy in Italy. She is currently a long-distance student pursuing LLM in Computer and Communication Law at the Queen Mary University of London.

Mr. Osei Bimpong is a social scientist, a mass communicator, a lawyer with rich experience in both public and private sector management, with a good appreciation for accounting and investment related subjects. He is a product of the University of Ghana, Legon where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology as well as a Graduate Diploma in Journalism/ Communication. He also obtained certification for enrolment on Roll of Lawyers from the Ghana School of Law after which he obtained a Diploma in Bible Studies from the International Bible Institute. Mr. Osei Bimpong served in various capacities in his last organization - Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT). His roles at SSNIT included General Manager for Special Projects, General Manager - Administration and Human Resource, Head - Public Affairs, and Manager at the SSNIT Guest House and Public Affairs Manager. He was the acting General Manager for Central Advertising Company (CADCO) and also the Public Relations Manager. He is currently an Associate Pastor at the Covenant Family Community Church.
