RESILIENT RESPONDER PERFORMANCE - Key Persons

Dustin Jones

Dustin Jones, M.A., was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA in a law enforcement family. He has fond memories of growing up around police stations and the law enforcement community. From a young age, Dustin was curious about what allowed police officers (and firefighters) to perform at the highest level on a moment's notice. After his career as a collegiate athlete, Dustin attended the University of Denver's Graduate School of Professional Psychology and completed his Master's in Sport and Performance Psychology. During his time in Denver, Dustin completed an internship with ResponderStrong, a pioneering organization created to benefit the mental health of emergency responders in Colorado. Dustin has worked with many types of emergency response agencies including police, fire, and dispatchers. To complement these diverse experiences, he has worked with small and large agencies along with veteran and inexperienced emergency responders. Upon returning to Los Angeles, Dustin decided to bring these valuable skills to the world of emergency responders and founded Resilient Responder Performance.
