Bringing over 50 years' global experience in engineering, with the last 45 years specifically in the water industry, David has a successful track record in managing and implementing large-scale water infrastructure projects including the Extended Arm Project for Thames Water in the UK; the compact and covered sewage treatment plant at Kranji in Singapore; a 900 ML/d water treatment plant in Detroit; Water loss reduction contracts in Bangkok, and the Western Corridor Recycled Water Project in South East Queensland.
Edward has a keen understanding for business structures and engineering practises. He demonstrates resilience and resourcefulness in his work across projects, coupled with a creative and innovative perspective make him an integral player in project development. He will be undertaking a master's in Environmental Engineering at the University of Melbourne in 2022, with the aim to specialise in water engineering.
Frank has over 25 years' experience and established W-Flow in 2015 to provide hands-on project management/advisory services to the infrastructure sector predominately for the client-side. Frank has a proven track record to strategically plan and manage complex infrastructure projects. He has a passion to successfully turn around projects that are either delayed or suffering from significant cost increases, completely restructuring projects and solving high profile risks to Government and key stakeholders.

With over 43 years of water experience, 23 of those specifically in desalination and water reuse, Gary is a pillar of the industry with his in-depth knowledge and expertise of contemporary desalination. Gary has been a director of the International Desalination Association. He was awarded Western Australian Professional Engineer of the Year 2007, by Engineers Australia for his contribution to desalination and water reuse in Australia.
A highly regarded desalination expert, ith a deep passion for desalination and advanced water treatment, Gary has prepared and presented many papers related to the field and is also an inventor with four patented inventions to his credit and his most recent invention has been patented in the USA, Europe, and Australia.

Completing a Master of Environmental Management at University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Environmental Science at RMIT University, Glenn is also an affiliate member of the Environmental Institute for Australia and New Zealand (MEIANZ). She has project experience across the planning, concept design, detailed design and delivery phases. His proudest career moment comes from the work he did during the Millennium Drought, involving the rapid expansion of the recycled water network, development of the first SEQ regional drought response plan and culminating in construction of the Gold Coast Desalination Plant.
A Civil Engineer with over 20 years' experience in the project and contract management of large-scale water sector projects, Silvia's education spanned the technical, financial and project and contract management aspects of projects, areas in which she is equally passionate. A strong team player with excellent communication skills, Silvia has contributed significantly on projects where a high degree of coordination and collaboration was required. Silvia has a strong track record in leading, managing and delivering the Somerset Dam Improvement Project's Preliminary Business Case as well as commencing the Detailed Business Case. Both were undertaken within time and budget whilst meeting the required quality assurance. Throughout the process she built up a strong working relationship with the Seqwater team and government agency stakeholders especially Building Queensland.

Suhaib is a progress driven civil and environmental engineer with a demonstrated experience in construction, water and wastewater systems.
For almost five years, he shared his expertise in water research with prodigious institutions on multinational level including Jordan, India, USA and Australia.
Suhaib earned most of his research experience working with high distinguished universities such as Western Sydney University, Jordan University of Science and Technology, MIT and Manipal University Jaipur
He is a very positive person with a high ability to reach and communicate with people.
Tegan brings over 15 years' experience in civil engineering across local and state government, her experience ranges across civil projects including water, having worked on projects from planning, concept and detailed design through to implementation and construction.
Tegan was most recently Manager of the Reconnecting River Country Program for Water Infrastructure NSW where she was responsible for leading the program management and strategic planning to build a multi-agency partnership program team to deliver a strategic business case for a complex water program for NSW.
Tony brings over 36 years' experience with Melbourne Water, the city's wholesale water, sewerage, and waterways services' provider, covering all disciplines and functions of the water cycle.
