SHIRE INN - Tranquil, Romantic B - Country Inn getaway spot located in the unspoiled village of Chelsea, VT. On 23 acres with a stream for relaxing. Centrally located to many attractions, hiking, biking and fishing. Large, comfortably furnished rooms, most with queen bed, many with wood-burning fireplaces. Gourmet dinners and full country breakfast... Jay and Karen have closed the Shire Inn and sold the mansion to "retire" to homes in Burlington, VT and Deland, FL... We wish to thank those of you who we met here during our 13 years of keeping the inn.
