Brett M. Wittchow

Brett graduated from University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh in 2019 with a BA degree in Supply Chain Management with an emphasis in Information Technology Management and worked as an IT coordinator for a basketball club. He is currently completing his MBA from University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. He played four years of college basketball helping to lead the team to a second place and then first place finish in the Division III national basketball tournament. He is currently in his second year as a professional basketball player overseas along with his work on our team.

Caden Wittchow

Caden Wittchow joins our team with a background in business administration, sales and marketing and is pursuing his BS in Business Administration at University of Wisconsin-- Oshkosh. Caden's passion for pursuing environmentally sound business practices and protecting the environment brought him to our team. He lends his expertise in marketing and communications to ensure clients understand the positive environmental impact in choosing deconstruction and donation over demolition.

Caroline J. Marschall

Caroline provides assistance to our executive team through appraisal research and accounting support functions. She will be graduating from the University of Virginia with a degree in Business Management with plans to pursue her MBA.

Jennie Lumpkin

Jennie Lumpkin, Director of Business Development, studied Business Law at Washington Business School and had also worked in the corporate insurance industry for 15 years. Jennie has seven years of experience working within the deconstruction/personal property appraisal business and is a trusted associate of nonprofits, builders, and deconstruction contractors requiring a streamlined workflow. Jennie's vast knowledge base of appraisal time constraints, nonprofit requirements and operating procedures as well as her ability to ensure all client's concerns are answered in a timely and accurate manner make her a huge asset to the industry. Jennie and her husband Todd have been married 15 years. Personal interests include her eight fur babies, cooking, reading and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Jennie's brilliance is evident in her excruciatingly exact attention to detail and her ability to ensure appraisal engagements are tailored to meet the needs, timelines, and communication styles of each client. She also ensures responsiveness to client's questions and concerns and is able to share this information quickly and efficiently with the rest of our team.

Jessica I. Marschall - CEO, CFO

Jessica I. Marschall, Co-President and CEO/CFO, has a Masters in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and an undergrad from the University of Virginia. She has been a practicing CPA for 22 years and also runs a small accounting and tax practice. Her background includes public accounting consultancy and internal auditing. Jessica currently works as an adjunct professor in tax and accounting, volunteers in local community groups, and sits on the Board of two not-for-profit organizations. Her greatest accomplishment is being a mother to five children and a wife of 20 years. Jessica ensures proper research of IRS codifications and relevant case law as well as conferencing with other personal property appraisers and industry leaders to ensure the mission of waste diversion shared by nonprofits, government entities, deconstruction contractors, and individual and corporate donors can be realized with utmost attention to detail from a tax standpoint.

Kimberlee Wilde

Kimberlee is a skilled professional leveraging diverse experience as a Technical Writer, Editor, Content Writer, Instructor, and Small Business Owner. Her skills, including a Masters in English are used to study technical issues surrounding deconstruction appraisals, deconstruction management and IRS charitable contributions and report on current issues to educate our clients and the public. Kim ensures she is apprised of current industry issues through studying publications, conferencing with our team and reaching out to industry leaders to conduct her research.

Mayur Dankhara - COO

Mayur Dankhara, Co-President and COO, has a Masters in Construction Management from Texas A&M and an undergrad from University of Mumbai. He has worked within the construction management and deconstruction/personal property donation industry for 13 years. He hails from Gujarat, India and has a beautiful young daughter and a brilliant wife who runs her own small business. Mayur enjoys jumping into local community initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Mayur worked as a lead project engineer within the construction management industry for years prior to moving to the deconstruction industry. His ease at assessing building layouts, determining salvageable materials, and offering best-practice guidance to clients provides in-depth knowledge of both construction and deconstruction methodologies, timelines, and feasibility of completion within a client's determined scope of donation.

Richard Oti

Job Titles:
  • Marketing Intern
Richard Oti is a high school student currently enrolled at Stafford Senior High School and is also a part of the Virginia Commonwealth Governor's School program. His production role for his school's yearbook team and experience in helping manage different extracurricular activities, such as his own volunteer group and the Stafford County Academic Symposium, has driven him to enjoy managing and editing digital content and media. When not working on projects, Richard enjoys spending his time taking and editing photos, reading, 3D modeling, and watching movies with his family.

William D. Marschall

Job Titles:

Will is passionate about historical conservation and bringing more participants to the reuse market. He is also an avid rock climber and hiker.
