I am a licensed real estate broker in the state of Missouri. I have also been in the timeshare sales, transfer and closing industry for 15 years. I pride myself on doing what I say and helping my clients release themselves of a financial burden and procuring owners to take over their ownership and pay any future obligations of the ownership... I saw a need 15 years ago to help timeshare owners once they were through with their ownerships and the resorts did not offer any other way out. I knew there was a part of the industry that was untouched so I worked for several timeshare companies that offered this service and learned from all of their successes as well as their mistakes
