Union Bureau of Shipping (UBS) was established in December 2003, who is committed to handle vessels' registration of flag of convenience (FOC), inspection and survey, audit and issuance of all registration certificate, technical certificate and crew license, as well as consulting business of ship management. We are authorized by many flag administration as Deputy Register (DR) and Recognized Organization (RO).
