VisuEL Society is a team of professional artists on a mission to elevate and educate one another, while joining forces with like-minded enthusiasts to support and celebrate the arts. Our team seeks to accomplish this through performance art & creative enrichment activities... Since 2018, we have been hosting live painting competitions in the DC area called: "Brush Battles." Our unique event features artists going head to head to showcase their creative improvisational skills, while inspired by themed topics and surprise twists they must incorporate under time limits. Live audiences vote to determine the winning masterpiece. Our Brush Battles have gained the attention of local artists and supporters who have been instrumental in helping us reach our goals... We are currently in partnership with Artomatic, DC's largest unjuried arts festival, to host season two of our Tournament - where local contestants have an opportunity to leave their mark and be crowded the next "Brush Battle..
