Michael T. Wyatt

Michael Wyatt has more than 30 years of experience representing a wide variety of clients in business, real estate, litigation and other complex transactions. Clients include individuals, trusts, estates, condominium and community associations, professional and trade associations, non-profit organizations, real estate developers and investors, and sports professionals. Areas of expertise include real estate, corporate, estate planning, administration and litigation, zoning, and business litigation. Michael is a veteran advisor and advocate who routinely handles complex, high profile and demanding legal matters. He serves as outside corporate counsel to a variety of businesses. He is frequently consulted for his expertise in real estate and estates and trusts matters. In tackling issues, Michael quickly focuses on the client's objectives and deploys from an arsenal learned over the course of his career measures designed to achieve a positive outcome. Michael was formerly a partner with Marlow & Wyatt, and HWK Law Group. He also worked as a legislative analyst for the Maryland State Department of Legislative Reference. When not busy working on client matters, Michael enjoys hiking, golf and baseball (having dialed back from competitive running and triathlon events). Michael and his wife are life-long residents of the Lutherville area and they enjoy attending sporting events with their two sons.

Timothy M. Gunning

Although his typical case is a criminal defense, personal injury or professional malpractice matter, Mr. Gunning is frequently asked to engage in other high-profile, complex and contentious matters, and has brought his talents to bear with great effect in a wide variety of cases, including professional license matters, corporate and administrative investigations, business litigation, fiduciary litigation, and a variety of tort litigation such as automobile and trucking accidents, sexual abuse and assault, elder abuse, fraud, invasion of privacy, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, wrongful employment discharge, assault and battery, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution and wrongful death. Mr. Gunning is also frequently engaged by clients mired in difficult disputes with their business partners, family members or neighbors, where the stakes and emotions are high. Mr. Gunning is well known for his ability to assess a given situation, identify strengths and weaknesses and devise and implement highly effective solutions to litigation and investigation matters. While always preparing for a successful trial outcome, and highly regarded for his courtroom skills and many successes there, Mr. Gunning is also very adept at brokering satisfying resolutions to seemingly intractable disputes and controversies. When not working, Mr. Gunning enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fishing, enjoying the Ravens, the Orioles and all things Boston College.
