Antonio Cappuccio joined WRM Group in 2018.
He is responsible for structuring and executing transactions in Private Equity with a focus on Special Situations.
Antonio has been involved in a number of deals within WRM's portfolio companies, with experience across a broad range of industries.
Antonio graduated from the Università Federico II and at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Benjamin Robinson joined WRM Group in September 2016. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel in Itau.
Benjamin began his legal career in 1999 at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP. He then joined Goldman Sachs in 2007 where for four years he had responsibility for the derivatives area at GSAM, including a significant role during the Lehman crisis, and was in-house counsel for Goldman Sachs Funds plc.
Benjamin graduated at University College London and obtained his postgraduate diploma in law from The College of Law, London.

Carlo Maggi has been CEO of Margherita Distribuzione since 2021, he was previously CEO Auchan S.p.A. between 2019 and 2020, he acted on various issues aimed at implementing the integration plan of the new ownership.
He has worked as a chartered accountant for almost 30 years, focusing on corporate finance, private equity and corporate law. He has also held top positions in leading nationwide fintech, financial companies, including public companies, and real estate. He has particular expertise in Circular Economy, having promoted and contributed to implementing eco-sustainable projects in the field of recycling and reuse.
He has a degree in Economics and in Law and a qualified Official Auditor and Judge Consultant.

Cinzia Raimondi joined WRM Group in 2021. Previously, she worked for Gruppo Margherita Distribuzione as Head of Accounting and Administration.
Cinzia started her career at La Rinascente S.p.A. as Project Manager and Investment Control.
Cinzia has a BA in Finance from Bocconi University at Milan.

Daniela is General Manager of the Kipre Group, the food company she has worked for over 20 years and in which she was previously CFO and Controller.

Daniele Penna joined WRM Group in 2022 as General Counsel for Italy and Luxembourg offices.
He specializes in banking, financial, corporate and commercial transactions. Daniele gained over 25 years of professional experience mainly in London working for leading law firms and investment banks such as Clifford Chance, Credit Suisse and Barclays Capital.
Daniele graduated with honours in Law at La Sapienza University of Rome and is licensed to practice as a lawyer.

David Calò joined WRM Group in 2019. He began his career in Corporate Finance, later focusing on M&A, Private Equity and Leverage Finance.
David has held senior positions at global Banks and Investment funds, including Deutsche Bank AG, Akros Bank, Eidos Partners; also he has been a Senior Advisor to Alternative Asset Funds such as Oaktree and York Capital.
David graduated in Economics at Bocconi University in Milan and he is also a Chartered Accountant and Auditor.

Domenico Colapietro joined the WRM Group in 2022. He is Head of Energy business and in addition he is responsible for the development of Flash Srl company.
Before joining WRM, Domenico was Operations Director of an industrial company in the renewable energy sector; previously he held important positions working as Head of Project Management and Engineering for various industrial companies in the Oil & Gas sector.
Domenico graduated in Energy and Nuclear Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano.

Eduardo Teodorani-Fabbri is a Senior Advisor of WRM Group and MD of Anivad Consulting Ltd. Eduardo is also a member of the Board of Directors of Margherita Distribuzione SpA (previously Auchan SpA), AON Italia Srl, uFirst Srl and Hippogroup Cesenate SpA.
Eduardo previously gained more than 30 years' experience within FIAT Group during which time he was a Board Member of various group companies including Exor SA, Giovanni Agnelli BV and Maserati SpA.
He graduated with a Master's degree in Economics & Commerce from La Sapienza University of Rome.

Fabrizio Boaron joined WRM Group in London in 2017. He is a Managing Director for Private Equity and Special Situations, and served as Board Member for a number of WRM Group's portfolio companies.
Before joining WRM, Fabrizio was a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of a London-based advisory and asset management company focused on infrastructure and alternative investments; previously he has held senior positions working as Managing Director for several global investment banks.
Fabrizio graduated in Business Adminstration at Bocconi University in Milan.

Francesco Cetta is Chief Executive Officer of WRM Real Estate Services. Francesco has also lead the Real Estate division of Margherita Distribuzione S.p.A. (previously Auchan S.p.A.).
Previously he worked at various Italian groups in the construction and development sector, where he was involved in real estate development and asset management operations. Francesco has held corporate positions in various companies.
He graduated in Statistical Sciences and Economics from La Sapienza University in Rome.

Francesco joined WRM Group in 2021 focusing on the Real Estate portfolio development, leading the projects and construction department.
Francesco has been working in the Real Estate Industry since 1986; in 1997 he held a Project Manager role at Sigros Distribuzione S.p.A. focusing on opening new stores and redevelopment. After that, at SMA S.p.A., he was responsible for redevelopment projects at commercial sites on the South-East coast of Italy.
Francesco has a Diploma from Technical Surveyors Institute in Catania.

Franco Bagnoli joined WRM Group in 2021. Previously he was Manager of Operations, Supply Chain and IT at Auchan Retail Italia S.p.A.
Franco has held management roles and senior positions in the Real Estate Industry at both Accenture Italia S.p.A. and La Rinascente S.p.A. / Blockbuster S.p.A. where he ran the Operations and Management Department.
Franco holds a BA in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan and attended courses of Business Administration from Edech Business School in Lille.

Gianluigi d'Andria joined WRM Group in 2014. He is involved in the day-to-day management of the Funds and underlying assets.
He has worked on many high-profile transactions which the Group has analysed and completed over the past several years. Since 2019, he is a member of the board of directors of Margherita Distribuzione S.p.A. (previously Auchan S.p.A.).
Gianluigi holds a BA honours in Business and Management from the University of Exeter.

Giovanni Riggio joined WRM Real Estate in 2021 as head of Property Management. Since joining Auchan in 2006 he has been involved in the real estate sector, progressing to head of Property Management for Italy in 2016.
He has worked for 15 years as Financial Controller with responsibility for the reporting and trade management control of the supermarkets.
Giovanni has a Diploma in Commerce and Accounting.

Giulio Corrado joined WRM Group in 2015. At WRM his focus is on structuring and execution of Real Estate and Private Equity investments.
He also oversees the operation of all group companies and holds regulatory responsibility for WRM Capinvest Ltd.
He began his career in 1988 at Hambros and has held management positions at leading investment banks globally, including Bankers Trust, Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse and UBS, with responsibility for Derivatives and Structured Finance businesses both in Europe and Asia. He has harnessed his broad skill set across financial services to deliver execution and restructuring solutions in direct Private Equity investments.
Giulio graduated with an honours degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences.

Jacopo Rossi joined WRM Group in 2017.
He began his career in 1997 at Banca Intesa International in Luxembourg as a corporate consultant and went on to work for over twenty years in the Luxembourg Finance sector specializing in domiciliation, accounting and tax matters and serving as director for several holding companies belonging to Italian groups.
He graduated in International Relations from the University of Trieste.

Julian Jacobson joined WRM Group in 2016. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of WRM Group Holding.
He began his career at Kidder Peabody a major US investment banks where he spent 14 years between Geneva, New York and London. He then became a founding partner of Fabien Pictet & Partners, a London fund manager where he led the Global Emerging Markets Bond Fund for 16 years.
He graduated in Political Science from University of Geneva.

Lia Silva joined WRM GROUP in 2021 as a director of Real Estate Development. She began her career in Milan as an architect at Mario Bellini, then moved to London where she worked at Ballymore and Wates.
Lia led various developments teams in some of the largest residential developments in the city .
Lia graduated with a degree in Architecture from Porto University in Portugal.

Marcello Massinelli joined WRM Group in 2017. He has gained vast experience, holding senior positions in large companies both private and state-owned, consulting firms, investment funds and banks.
Marcello's academic roles include: visiting professor at ISIDA Palermo and visiting professor of Marketing at the University of Palermo.
He graduated in Business Economics at Bocconi University in Milan.

Marco is the CEO of Comfactor since 2020.
Marco has more than 20 years of experience in Finance: specialty finance, retail banking, consulting and investment banking.
He has also acted as board member for numerous companies for the last 15 years such as Investment International, IW Lux, Twice SIM, Investnet Work Iberica, HYC (Synergo) and Spefin.
Marco graduated in Business and Economics from ‘LUISS' in Rome and subsequently obtained a Master's in Business Administration from the LSE in London and attended several management training programs.
Raffaele Mincione founded WRM Group in 2009.
With over thirty years of experience in banking and investment management, Mr. Mincione began his career at Goldman Sachs International, where he held the role of head of the Italian Fixed Income sales desk.
He subsequently moved to Nomura International, followed by Merrill Lynch in the London and New York offices, where he was responsible for European and Latin American coverage and finally at Citibank where he was head of Europe for Derivatives markets.
During the past ten years Mr. Mincione has also acted as a senior advisor and board member for leading financial institutions, including banks and primary industrial groups.

Raffaella joined WRM Group in 2021 to manage the Retail Real Estate Portfolio.
Raffaella began her career in the Real Estate industry at Cushman & Wakefield, consulting for international investment banks and funds; later she worked at Ceetrus/Nhood where she was Head of Operations in Italy.
Raffaella has a Master's Degree in Law at Università degli Studi di Bari "Aldo Moro" and she has been a licensed Lawyer since 2005.

Sergio Iasi is Chairman of WRM Real Estate Services. He began his career in IRI, subsequently he held relevant roles also in RAI, Sansedoni Spa and Serenissima SGR.
He has been appointed CEO of Prelios Group, of TreviFin Spa and of Officine Maccaferri SpA, where he worked alongside top notch international investors.
He graduated in Law from the University of Napoli.

Sylvie Di Fazio has been Head of Human Resources at WRM Group since 2021.

She mastered numerous skills in the HR field including law, litigation and industrial relations, job organization, staff development, compensation & benefits.
Sylvie graduated with honours in Foreign Languages and Literatures at Pescara University and has attended an Executive Masters in Management.
She attended courses of Business Administration from Edech Business School in Paris.

William Mincione began his career at Crédit Lyonnais selling equity derivatives in OTC Italian market. He then became a Private Banker at Merrill Lynch and consequently Head of Sales.
William was Board Member of WRM Capital Asset Management, and Chief Operating Officer of the Zurich Wealth Management office. William is currently a Business Development Manager at Comfactor, Commercio Factoring SpA and member of the board of Kipre, Holding SpA.
He graduated in economics from the University of Buckingham.
