Throughout my career I have been driven by a passion to continually improve the performance of the teams that I have led. I can now bring that zeal for progress, and my combination of proven manufacturing skills, knowledge, experience and drive, to your business... I began my career as an HGV apprentice with British Leyland. After obtaining my first degree I joined the British Steel graduate management scheme. Throughout the following 20+ years I held engineering or production management roles with companies that manufacture steel, engine lubricants, fine chemicals and personal care products.
