A and M Home Care's mission is to provide specialized residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities, ages 18-59 years old, in a natural, home-like environment... At A and M Home Care we believe in enhancing the life experiences for each person who resides in our homes. We focus on a person's strengths, preferences, and interest in having the life they want. We look at the unique and diverse needs of each person and provide guidance, training, and strategies to help them address personal barriers... Self-Determination - We also value self-determination. This includes understanding how to build positive relationships, voice their concerns/needs and successes, identify their interest and participate in their community and accessing resources.
