Allison Mensh

Allison has over six years of marketing support assistance, and has been an active innovator, project manager, and content creator in several marketing-oriented environments. She is trained in Veeva Vault and knows the ins and outs of the content management platform. In addition to having held a variety of positions in sales and finance, Alli has also received various awards for her academic achievements and dedication to business management. She recently received first place in Small Business Institute's Project of the Year 2016 for her team's comprehensive business plan and honorable mention in her team's 2017 specialized business plan.

Allyson Dupont

Allyson has over 10 years of experience in both account and operations management. Having held various client service roles, she is able to provide support to clients that will exceed their expectations. In addition, Allyson is a trained instructional designer that loves bringing Market Access projects to life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Chris Panila

Chris contributes to Access Pointe with 20+ years worth of consumer, pharma, and managed markets agency experience in creative direction and design. He also brings an educational background in fine art and is well known for his attention to detail, a collaborative attitude, and keeping things positive with a sense of humor. In addition to creating his own art, he loves spending time with his family, traveling, trail running, gaming, and keeping up with technology design trends.

Eric Mensh - Managing Director

Eric has spent the majority of his career developing expertise in the areas of reimbursement, managed markets access, payer marketing, sales, and training both on the manufacturer and consulting sides of the business. He has been deeply involved in issues related to access and reimbursement for biologics and specialty pharmaceuticals, as well as contracting and formulary access for small molecule products. With over 30 years of experience in the medical industry, he has successfully launched and promoted over 50 products ranging from orphan to blockbuster and from medical devices to biotechnology products. Eric is a proven leader in identifying and providing strategic and tactical solutions that set trends in the payer marketplace. Prior to his current position, Eric was Executive VP and co-owner of a Managed Markets consulting firm. He has also served as a Vice President of Managed Markets at McCann Healthcare and as Corporate Vice President at Option Care, where he focused on adapting specialty pharmacy operations to meet the needs of the rapidly growing number of infused and injected biologics. Eric also played a critical role at Centocor (J&J) as Director of a national team of managed care account managers and, prior to that, in payer marketing and as a National Account Manager. Eric has spent most of his career developing and implementing strategies to launch, expand and/or protect payer access and reimbursement with all types of payers including: Commercial payers, Medicare and Medicaid, specialty pharmacies, PBMs, ACOs, and home infusion companies. He has developed payer and reimbursement training and marketing materials for dozens of national pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. He also has extensive experience with infused, injected, and specialty pharmaceutical products ranging from oncology to gastroenterology and from diabetes to Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Janan Cargile

Janan has spent the last decade of her career focused on market access content strategy and communications. Before joining the Access Pointe team, Janan served as creative lead and strategist for both large and small advertising agencies and consulting companies, including the Mosaic Group/Interpublic, McCann Health, Eversana and GSW New York/Syneos. Her expertise in market access content strategy and communications spans a wide range of therapeutic areas, with a depth of experience in respiratory diseases, joint diseases, neurology, multiple sclerosis and oncology. Before beginning her work in healthcare marketing, Janan worked in competitive intelligence as an analyst/journalist for Pharmawire at The Financial Times. In another lifetime, Janan worked as an English and humanities "on set" teacher for child performers at work on film, television, and theatre productions in NYC.

Karen Golebowski

Karen has nearly 20 years' experience in researching, writing, and editing branded and unbranded communications for managed markets personnel, medical science liaisons, sales representatives, health plans, healthcare systems/networks, researchers, a host of healthcare professionals, and patients/caregivers. Karen has developed multimedia content for countless brands, therapeutic areas, and topics, including oncology; managed markets; specialty pharmaceuticals; practice management; cardiovascular; central nervous system disorders, pulmonology; infectious diseases; various pain syndromes; psychiatry; immune system, inflammatory, and allergic diseases; and healthcare policy and reform. Most recently, Karen was awarded a Lockwood Group RISE Award for impact on project, exemplary team spirit, and perseverance related to the Arena Pharmaceuticals Etrasimod European MSL Training Team (adjacent to the 2019 UEGW Congress).

Kayla McDonald

Kayla brings to Access Pointe over five years of successful operations management. Having held various positions from storefront administration to operations supervision, her managerial accomplishments have been reinforced by her consistent drive for upholding company standards and ability to apply results-oriented techniques to exceed industry expectations. In addition to overseeing staff operations at several key retailers, she also has experience developing and updating managerial reports and sales records to ensure that company business practices are continually upheld and improved upon. Kayla's approach to operations management revolves around establishing and maintaining an enriching environment that encourages and supports the realization of target goals.

Lisa McGinnity

Lisa brings to Access Pointe over 20 years of experience in the field of healthcare within the pharmaceutical, payer, and health system settings. As a sales representative for Pfizer for 8 years, Lisa gained therapeutic experience in specialties including cardiology, endocrinology, rheumatology, and pain management. Following her experience in pharmaceuticals, Lisa went on to work for a regional Blue Cross Blue Shield health plan as Clinical Transformation Consultant with the responsibility of engaging their physician network to drive performance for the plan's commercial and Medicare Advantage value-based contracts. Becoming increasingly interested in the field of population health, Lisa moved on to a role within a large healthcare system in Eastern Pennsylvania as a Network Manager for their accountable care organization and independent practice association. Lisa has worked closely with both payers and providers managing and executing government- and commercial value-based contracts and has a keen understanding of the payer landscape around advanced payment models. Lisa's rounded experience in a variety of healthcare settings, coupled with her experience in physician engagement and population health, gives her the ability to understand and meet the expectations of clients and their customers. When not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family on the beach or boating at the Delaware/Maryland seashore.

Lorie Latour

Lorie's career has been highly focused on finding ways to optimize market access and eliminate patient barriers to new product therapy. She has held many senior level positions, leading both sales specialists, and patient and market access teams. She has significant launch experiences successfully building out processes and field teams to secure access, reimbursement, and sales for complex infusible biologics, rare disease therapies, and specialty products. Lorie most recently was a VP at Takeda in Patient and Market Access- a lead strategic partner to commercial franchises, with teams focused on securing patient access. Here she also gained valuable experience in building out, standing up, and managing hub services and internal operations, ensuring comprehensive patient services offerings. Lorie has successfully led teams across many different organizations (Johnson & Johnson, BMS, Roche/Genentech, HGS, Medivation, Shire/Takeda) and has specialty experience in several areas: rheumatology, gastroenterology, immunology, endocrinology, hematology, oncology, diabetes, cardiology, to name a few. She is experienced at developing cross-functional strategic and tactical plans to secure access for infusible, injectable, and oral therapies with complicated, competitive, and complex payer landscapes.

Patty Sandler

Patty joined Access Pointe in September of 2021 with over 30 years of biotech and pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and market access experience. Before joining Access Pointe, Patty most recently served as National Sales Director (which included National Accounts and hub services) at OPKO Health, Inc. During her career, Patty has led or participated in multiple product launches, including the first commercial product launch for Omeros Corporation (Seattle-based biotech company), as well as with GlaxoSmithKline PLC, Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc., and Johnson & Johnson, to name a few. Prior to her time at OPKO, Patty served several other prominent pharmaceutical companies, including GSK, Omeros, Sunovion, J&J, and Pfizer, Inc. across a wide range of therapeutic categories, developing a broad skill set pertinent to all stages of brand development and market access landscapes.

Outside of work, Reina stays current with high-tech trends in robotics and partakes in low-tech adventures like sailing, sledding, and fishing.
