Andres Eilart

Andres has 20 years of experience in media and media management. In 2015-2020, he was the editor-in-chief of the largest weekly newspaper in the country, Maaleht. Before that, he had held management positions, including those of the head of the economics editorial office and news editorial office as well as the vice editor-in-chief, for the newspaper Eesti Päevaleht. In 2004, Andres was one of the founders of Ärileht. Andres is the author of several nationally acclaimed books, an art collector and educator. He studied economics at Tallinn University of Technology, holds the titles of the alumnus of the year at TUT Tallinn College and the author of the Favourite Book of the Year in the Apollo bookstore chain. He is also a member of the Friends of Art society run by the Art Museum of Estonia. Andres consults clients on media relations organization and training, strategic communication, marketing communication and crisis communication.

Janika Ritson

Janika's experience in the sphere of marketing and communication stretches back to 2004, when she started working for Postimees newspaper. In 2006-2012 Janika worked as a project manager and strategy expert at Creative Union's group advertising agency Kontuur Leo Burnett. After that, she became head of marketing and communication in Estravel, the largest travel agency in the Baltic States. Her master studies in Tallinn Technical University focused on social media research, while the relevant hands-on experience was provided by her partnership in the digital marketing company SocialStudio. In Agenda, Janika's areas of responsibility include communication strategy, marketing communication, media relations and digital communication.

Jasmin Isabel

Jasmin Isabel joined Agenda team in the summer of 2023. Her previous experience comes from working in smaller communication and marketing agencies, focusing mainly on digital communication. Jasmin holds a bachelor's degree in design and innovation from Estonian Academy of Arts and she graduated high school in England. Her day-to-day tasks include project management, managing social media and digital channels, assisting in the development of creative solutions, and minor graphic design work. She also has a keen interest in photography.

Jass Seljamaa

Jass has 8 years of experience in the field of advertising as a creative director and writer at Optimist Creative, Taevas Ogilvy and Nobel Creative. He got his bachelor's degree in public relations and his master's degree in journalism and contemporary media from Tallinn University, studied audio-visual media at Tomaš Bata University in the Czech Republic and did an 8-month communications internship at an international film organization in France. At Agenda, Jass consults clients in the field of image and marketing communication, writes compelling texts, plans, and directs the implementation of creative solutions, engages in media communication.

Kadi Kolk

Kadi has been working in communication since 2015. Before joining the team of Agenda PR, Kadi worked in the communications agency Hamburg & Partners, at the Estonian Embassy in Paris and at the Ministry of Education and Research in the public relations department. Kadi has studied French for her bachelor's degree at Tallinn University and communication and international project management for her master's degree at Lyon II University in France. Kadi has done communication internships with an international film company and a film festival in France. At Agenda Kadi advises clients in media relations as well as in the planning and implementation of communication projects, mainly in the field of corporate communication.

Kertu-Kätlin Käis

Kertu-Kätlin has been working in the field of communication since 2010, when, as a student, she became a volunteer media specialist of Tartu University Hospital Children's Foundation. Kertu-Kätlin has advised clients and managed marketing communication projects in the communication agency Hamburg & Partnerid; and has been in charge of local communication in telecommunications company Tele2, insurance company ERGO, and residential developer Bonava. She has a master's degree in communication management. Since 2021, she teaches practical communication subjects at the Institute of Social Studies in the University of Tartu. At Agenda, Kertu-Kätlin advises clients on corporate and marketing communication projects and media relations.

Maria-Johanna Vompa

Maria-Johanna joined the Agenda PR team after completing her internship in the summer of 2023. Maria-Johanna is the final year student at the University of Tartu, where she studies journalism and communication. She has previous experience in communication and marketing from both the private and third sector. In Agenda, Maria-Johanna's daily tasks include media monitorings, reports and analyses, coordinating influencer collaborations and assisting in various additional tasks.
