AIVO

Welcome to the AIVO neuroinformatics project at Turku PET Centre and Department of Psychology, University of Turku. We are compiling and curating the the largest-ever database of in vivo molecular brain scans linked with detailed information on subjects' social and health-relate behaviour. We use state-of-the art statistical analysis tehcniques for mapping the relationships between environmental and socioeconomic stressors, brain's structural and molecular organization, and psychological and somatic well being. We focus maily on PET data, but also process MR images to th database. The project is supported by the University of Turku and Sigrid Juselius Foundation.
