My home building career began in California and in 1985 established Appleton Homes here in beautiful Washington state. Our knowledge of the industry spans more than forty years and still going strong... We have experience in many different areas of construction, custom home building is our expertise. We understand the importance of quality, timing, and most of all customer service. We pride ourselves in understanding this is your home building project, we are here to guide, support, and offer our experienced knowledge... We at Appleton Homes understand the need of flexibility for our clients. You will be in control of what goes into your home. You are in charge of choosing lighting and plumbing fixtures, paint colors and all types of flooring. We do not have upgrades A or B. Specialty items and changes are not a problem here and will not be discouraged.
